Tactical Decisions
Hiring and firing employees are two of the most important decisions made by employers. Making the wrong decision or failing to create the right paper trail may result in a lawsuit against your workplace. We are here to help guide your institution through the process to minize the risk in these scenarios.
EEOC Position Statements
Strategic Advocacy
Crafting persuasive and well-supported position statements to the U.S. Equal Employment Opporunity Commision and Florida Commission on Human Relations is crucial in addressing employment discrimination charges. We provide strategic advocacy and comprehensive responses to EEOC inquiries, protecting the interests of our clients.
Employee Handbook Issues
Legal Clarity
Regular updates to employee handbooks are essential for maintaining legal compliance and clarity in the workplace. We offer expert guidance and support in drafting, updating, or revising employee handbooks to reflect current laws and regulations.
Corporate Employees

Filing a formal complaint against a corporate employer is a serious step—one that should never be taken alone. If you believe your workplace has failed to protect you from discrimination, harassment, or other unlawful conduct, you deserve experienced guidance. We can assist you in drafting a clear, well-supported complaint and help protect your rights.
